- No resale: We do not share, sell, or rent your phone number to third parties for marketing purposes.
- Consent is optional: You are not required to consent to text messages as a condition of purchasing our services.
- Carrier not liable: Your mobile carrier is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Spiced Up's business messaging program is registered with The Campaign Registry under A2P 10DLC to ensure compliance with mobile carrier requirements for business-to-consumer text messaging.
7. Email Communications
If you provide your email address, we may send you:
- Transactional emails — estimate confirmations, appointment reminders, invoices, receipts, and service updates. These emails are required for us to do business with you and cannot be opted out of while you remain an active customer.
- Marketing emails — promotional offers, seasonal reminders, customer referral incentives, and lawn care tips. Every marketing email includes a clear unsubscribe link at the bottom. We honor opt-out requests within ten (10) business days as required by the CAN-SPAM Act.

8.1 Meta Pixel and Conversions API
